Holy Redeemer Parish : Our Identity
The Cross: The cross included is the slogan cross of the Missionaries Servants of the Word. The cross is
a reminder of our Christian identity as Jesus Christ was crucified and resurrected for our salvation.
The Redeemer: Included we have Christ the Redeemer. The best reminder that we are called to
salvation, as humanity can be saved from sin – redeemed – through the actions of Jesus Christ. His arms
are open to signify He welcomes everyone.
The Star: Texas. We are a community parish that is proud to be a part of this great state of Texas and we
pray that God bless our land.
The Bible: As a Catholic community, it is important to remember to lift up our bibles daily and allow
ourselves to be nourished by the Word of God.
The Path: Though at times we may stray, God’s spirit is always there to guide us in the path that leads to
holiness.

Parroquia de Holy Redeemer : Nuestra Identidad
La Cruz: La cruz incluida es la cruz lema de los Misioneros Siervos de la Palabra. La cruz es un recordatorio de nuestra identidad cristiana como Jesucristo fue crucificado y resucito por nuestra salvación.
El Redentor: Incluido tenemos a Cristo Redentor. El mejor recordatorio de que estamos llamados a la
salvación, ya que la humanidad puede ser salvada del pecado – redimida – a través de las acciones de Jesucristo. Sus manos están abiertos para indicar que recibe a todos.
La estrella: Texas. Somos una parroquia comunitaria que se enorgullece de ser parte de este gran estado
de Texas y que oramos para que Dios bendiga nuestra tierra.
La Biblia: Como comunidad católica, es importante tener presentes nuestras biblias diariamente y
dejarnos nutrir por la Palabra de Dios.
El Camino: Aunque a veces podemos desviarnos, el espíritu de Dios siempre está ahí para guiarnos en el
camino que nos lleva a la santidad.
