We have come ways to forming this ministry for young adults. The name Iuvenum Christi is Youth of Christ in Latin.
Within this ministry we invite all young adults from ages 17-30 to participate in our weekly meetings. Our goal is to continue forming the young people as they face the trials of these upcoming generations.
Every week we alternate between Bible Study and a talk about Catholic Spirituality. With the Bible Study we are guided by the Bible Courses of the Missionaries Servants of the Word. It is important that we be well educated and formed with the base of our Faith. With the talks of Catholic Spirituality we meditate books and different subjects of formation to apply it to our daily lives. Every week we try to have mini activities in the sessions as these are ways for us to bond in the community life. Our goal is to deliver each session both in English and Spanish as many of our youth are bilingual.
Within this ministry we have found many ways to help our parish. We receive the invitation to help with parish events, church cleaning, fundraisers and more.
We meet every Monday from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm in the old offices of Holy Redeemer (Check the map below!)

Hemos recorrido caminos para formar este ministerio para jóvenes adultos. El nombre Iuvenum Christi es “Jóvenes de Cristo” en latín.
Dentro de este ministerio invitamos a todos los adultos jóvenes de 17 a 30 años a participar en nuestras reuniones semanales. Nuestro objetivo es seguir formando a los jóvenes frente a las pruebas de estas próximas generaciones.
Cada semana alternamos entre Estudio Bíblico y una charla sobre Espiritualidad Católica. Con el Estudio Bíblico nos guiamos por los Cursos Bíblicos de los Misioneros Siervos de la Palabra. Es importante que seamos bien educados y formados con la base de nuestra Fe. Con las charlas de Espiritualidad Católica meditamos libros y diferentes temas de formación para aplicarla a nuestra vida diaria. Cada semana tratamos de tener mini actividades en las sesiones, ya que estas son formas de vincularnos en la vida comunitaria. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer cada sesión tanto en inglés como en español, ya que muchos de nuestros jóvenes son bilingües.
Dentro de este ministerio hemos encontrado muchas maneras de ayudar a nuestra parroquia. Recibimos la invitación para ayudar con eventos parroquiales, limpieza de iglesias, recaudación de fondos y más.
